At the outset, with regard to CONT.CAS(C) 666/2025, the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that there was a direction from the Court vide order dated 23rd September, 2024 in CM(M) 2800/2024, for video call for 20 minutes, twice a week, from any time between 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM in the evening. 2. It is submitted that he shall be satisfied if the said order is complied with, in its letter and spirit. 3. The respondent, who appears through Video Conferencing (“VC”) confirms the fact that access through video call shall be given to the petitioner-father, for a period of 20 minutes, twice a week, from any time between 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM. 4. At this stage, this Court also records the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, Ms. Malavika Rajkotia, on instructions, as well as statement of the respondent that the said order with regard to video call between the petitioner-father and the minor child/daughter is being complied with, and no obstruction in that regard is created. 5. However, the aforesaid statement is disputed by the petitioner. 6. Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that This is a digitally signed order. Both the parties are directed to scrupulously follow the aforesaid order. 8. The respondent shall ensure that during the course of video call, the minor child shall have undisturbed access with the petitioner-father. 9. Noting the aforesaid, CONT.CAS(C) 666/2025, is disposed of. 10. The petitioner, in person, submits that CONT.CAS(C) 1736/2024 pertains to the visitation right of the minor child during Diwali for the year 2024. 11. It is submitted that on account of the fact that the said period is already over, he does not wish to press the said petition. 12. Accordingly, CONT.CAS(C) 1736/2024, is disposed of. 13. In respect of CONT.CAS(C) 1107/2026, the petitioner, who appears in person, draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 25th May, 2026 passed in CONT.CAS(C) 1736/2024, wherein visitation rights had been granted to the petitioner, whereby, the minor child was to be brought to the residence of the petitioner on 29th May, 2026, 21st June, 2026, 25th June, 2026 and 30th June, 2026. 14. Without going into the issue and reason as to why the said visitation could not happen, for the time being, this Court directs that the petitioner shall have visitation rights at his residence for a period of three hours, on three weekends from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM. 15. This Court notes the submission made by the respondent, appearing through VC that she would be comfortable if her father accompanies her. This is a digitally signed order. However, the petitioner objects to the same. 17. In response, respondent submits that she would be comfortable if some Local Commissioner accompanies her. 18. Accordingly, this Court proceeds to appoint a Local Commissioner, who shall accompany the respondent during the visitation of the minor child to the residence of the petitioner. 19. However, this Court also records the statement made by the petitioner that since the request for a Local Commissioner has come from the respondent, the respondent shall pay the fees of the Local Commissioner. 20. Accordingly, the following directions are issued: I. The respondent, along with the Local Commissioner, shall visit the house of the petitioner from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM, as per the following details: Mr. Vimlendu Kumar Jha, S/o Sh. Ratneshwar Jha, R/o H-7/4, 4th Floor, DLF Phase-1, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002. II. Visitation shall take place in the presence of the Local Commissioner, i.e., Ms. Aditi Ladda, Advocate, whose details are as follows: Ms. Aditi Ladda, Advocate Enrolment No. 2776/2024 Mobile No. 7602672842 Email: aditiladda1504@gmail.com III. Visitation shall take place on three weekends, on Saturdays and Sundays, in the following manner: 25th July, 2026 (Saturday) 26th July, 2026 (Sunday) 01st August, 2026 (Saturday) This is a digitally signed order. The Local Commissioner shall coordinate with the respondent and visit the house of the petitioner along with the respondent and the minor daughter. V. The respondent and the Local Commissioner shall sit in a separate room, during the visitation of the minor child so that she can have an unsupervised interaction with the petitioner and his parents. VI. The fees of the Local Commissioner is fixed at a total of Rs. 1,50,000/-, i.e., @ Rs. 25,000/- per visit. The said fees shall be borne by the respondent, in view of the statement made by the petitioner that he does not wish to share the fees of the Local Commissioner. VII. The fee of the Local Commissioner shall be paid in advance by the respondent. 21. The Local Commissioner shall file a report before the next date of hearing. 22.
