JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following relief/s: "i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 20.03.206 vide Annexure-D and to the Writ Petition and to sanction one annual increment for the last year of service rendered by the Petitioner as on the date of his retirement with all other consequential monetary benefits including proper fixation of basic, payment of difference and arrears of DCRG, pension arrears, etc. ii) Issue such other Writ or Order or Direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to pass under the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice and equity." 2. The case of the petitioner is that he was an employee of the respondent-Corporation and retired from service on 31.12.2023. Since his retirement benefits have not been settled, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20576 WP No. 10697 of 2026 he submitted a representation dated 20.03.2026, vide Annexure-D. Since his representation has not been considered, he is before this Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, if this Court grants some reasonable time and keeping in view of judgment of Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.3933/2023 dated 20.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of. 5. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2026 vide Annexure-D, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later three months from date of receipt of copy of this order, keeping in view of judgment of Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.3933/2023 dated 20.02.2025.
