Prayer made on behalf of applicant has been opposed by learned counsel for the respondent on the ground that day to day delay, as required to be explained under law, has not been explained. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there were justifiable and sufficient reasons which prevented the applicant from filing the main petition within the prescribed period. Considering the averments made in the application and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that delay in filing the review petition deserves to be condoned.
