Advocate, Assam appearing on behalf of the respondent No.8 submits that the writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as, the amount entitled to the petitioner has already been paid. 2. In that regard, he has placed before this Court an instruction dated 27.03.2026, whereby the Executive Officer Lakhipur Municipal Board, Goalpara has written to the Branch Manager, SBI, Lakhipur Branch to disburse an amount of Rs.4,11,938/- to the petitioner. 3. The said communication is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’. Page No.# 3/3 4.
