Heard the parties. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the verification of Pay Fixation of petitioner is pending from April, 2025 and thus, he has not get any monetary relief. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “That by this writ application the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) or writ in the nature of mandamus to respondent No.5 District Pension and Account Officer, Dumka, (Jharkhand) with whom the verification of Pay Fixation of petitioner is pending from April, 2025, hence the fixed and fixation of pay benefits with arrear 2026:JHHC:9 2 pay and revised pension amount are not finalized by concerned respondent yet. The respondent no.5 is taking the matter very casual manner and making unnecessary correspondence to Finance Department to the Deputy Secretary vide Annexure – 2. The fundamental right of life under the Article 21 of Constitution of India right of properly under the Article 300-A is completely being violated by respondent No.5 without any valid reasons only known to him. All the claim under Time Bound Promotion, ACP-I and ACP-II and MACP benefits have been sanctioned by Screening Committee of Police Head quarters and all Controlling Officers. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a detailed representation, annexing copy of all the documents before the District Pension and Account Officer, Dumka -respondent No.5, the case of the petitioner can be looked into and an appropriate order will be passed. He further submits that if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same will be extended to the petitioner. 5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the District Pension and Account Officer, Dumka -respondent No.5. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered within six weeks and if it is necessary to place the case before any committee or any authority, the same should be placed during the said period. 6. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefit, the same will be granted within four weeks thereafter. 7. If any part of the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 8.
