This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner, namely- Himanshu Bora has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Latasil P.S. Case No.135/2024 under Sections 61(2)(b)/305 of the BNSS, 2023. 3. Mr. Parasar has submitted that in this case, police has filed the charge sheet being C.S. No.69/2025 dated 30.07.2025. 4. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court. On his appearance in connection with the aforesaid police case, he (Himanshu Bora) shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.
