This Public Interest Litigation Petition seeks to challenge the enhancement in fee charged for issuance of passports by the Respondent. The submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is primarily in relation to the difficulties which may be faced by the migrant workers, who in search of employment, seek to go abroad many a times. 3. The Petitioner has also made certain representations to the Respondent to consider the said grievance. This is a digitally signed order.
