The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 17.01.2023 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1489/2004. 2. Mr. Hariom Singhal, an Officer of the College Education Department, appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court a copy of the order dated 16.04.2026 passed by the Hon'ble [2026:RJ-JP:34050] (2 of 2) [CCP-486/2023] Division Bench in D.B. Special Appeal Writ no. 634/2023 State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Raju Lal Meena. 3. By the order dated 16.04.2026, the Hon'ble Division Bench has set aside the order dated 17.01.2023, which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition. 4. In view of the fact that the order which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition has already been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench, hence the present contempt petition no more survives. 5.
