His allegation is that he is being paid less basic salary than he is entitled to receive. A legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the authority. 2. Prayer has been made to direct the authority to consider the same. 3. None represents the respondents. Affidavit of service is on record. 4. As it appears that the legal representation of the petitioner highlighting the allegation of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the authority for a considerable of time, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent – the Personnel Manager, Eastern Coalfields Ltd. Sodepur R. Colliery, Paschim Bardhaman – to consider and dispose of the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps for releasing the due amount shall be taken by the authority. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall forward a copy of the legal representation dated January 6, 2025 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communication of this order. 8. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
