JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 06/08/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is amenable to a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Due to a bona fide mistake, the present revision petition has been filed. She prays to withdraw the present [2026:RJ-JP:30847] (2 of 2) [CR-71/2026] revision petition with liberty to file a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Permission sought is granted. Accordingly, in view of the above, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the plaint, impugned order dated 20.09.2025 as well as the 'Vakalatnama' to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopies thereof.
