For the Informant : Mr. Devesh Ajmani, Advocate 02/ 12.05.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, registered under sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109(1) and 303(2) of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made of assault upon the grandson of the informant. He next submits that due to misconception case has been lodged and now good sense has prevailed between the parties and compromise has taken place and joint compromise has been brought on record by way of I.A. No. 6735 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly accepts the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant submits that compromise has taken place between the parties. 5. Considering that compromise has taken place between the parties and joint compromise has been brought on record by way of I.A. No. 6735 of 2026, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:14325 ) Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. 6. The anticipatory bail application is allowed and disposed of.
