Instant misc petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed by Vishnu Kumar Choudhary for quashing FIR no. 530/2021 dated 18.09.2021 registered at P.S. Phagi, District Jaipur (Rural) with prayer to quash FIR qua present petitioner. 2. Learned public prosecutor has submitted report dated 05.08.2026 received from P.S. Phagi, District Jaipur (Rural) which indicate that after concluding the investigation, the police has filed charge-sheet against some of the accused. The police has also filed supplimentary charge-sheet but after concluding the investigation has found that there is no evidence to forward present petitioner to face trial and the investigation is closed against the petitioner.
