Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early decision of Case No. 414/2025 (Shalu @ Sajma and others Vs. Sumit), under Section- 144 BNSS Police Station- Ecotech-3, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, pending before the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant no.1 is the wife of opposite party no.2 and applicant nos.2 & 3 are minor children. The trial has pending since 2025 and considerable time has already been lapsed but nothing has been done. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
