2. Both these petitions are arising out of the same FIR and in

view of that both the petitions are being heard together.
3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Karon P.S. Case No.84 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 132, 121(1), 121(2), 262, 263, 109, 111(4), 351(3) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of assault and even the injury is said to be simple. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that serious allegation is there against the petitioner of assault and even the police officials have not spared and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.
6. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that allegations are there of assault against the petitioner namely Israil Ansari @ Izrail Ansari @ Md. Esral Ansari in ABA No.1365 of 2026 and petitioner No.1 namely Majid Ansari @ Majid Miyan @ Abdul Majid @ Md. Majid Ansari @ Magid Ansari in ABA No.1646 of 2026 and pursuant to that injury has been received by the police officials and in view of that I am not inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner namely Israil Ansari @ Izrail Ansari @ Md. Esral Ansari in ABA No.1365 of 2026 and petitioner No.1 namely Majid Ansari @

Majid Miyan @ Abdul Majid @ Md. Majid Ansari @ Magid Ansari in ABA No.1646 of 2026. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner namely Israil Ansari @ Izrail Ansari @ Md. Esral Ansari in ABA No.1365 of 2026 and petitioner No.1 namely Majid Ansari @ Majid Miyan @ Abdul Majid @ Md. Majid Ansari @ Magid Ansari in ABA No.1646 of 2026 are hereby rejected.

So far petitioner Nos.2 and 3 in ABA No.1646 of 2026 are concerned, they are ladies and there are general and omnibus allegation against them and in view of that I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 namely Nasiran Bibi and Fahima Khatoon respectively in ABA No.1646 of 2026.

Accordingly, the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 namely Nasiran Bibi and Fahima Khatoon in ABA No.1646 of 2026, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioner Nos.2 and 3, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur in connection with Karon P.S. Case No.84 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
