JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the revision petitioner files a memo, which reads as under: “The petitioner submits that, in the aforesaid matter she has already deposited 50% of the cheque amount before the Trial Court out of Rs.3,00,000/-. Now she is ready to deposit another 50% of cheque amunt within three installment i.e., on or before 28.07.2026 without fail. WHEREFORE, the petitioner prays this Hon’ble Court be pleased to dispose of the aforesaid matter and prayed to set-aside the sentence judgment of the Trial Court in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification. 5.
