Failing which this appeal stands dismissed automatically further reference to this Bench. Also heard on application (I.A. No. 01 of 2026) which is an application for grant of interim relief. On due consideration, it is ordered that on depositing 50% of the awarded amount alongwith the interest within a 2 / 2 Ami period of 60 days from today the recovery of remaining amount shall remain stayed against the appellant till the next date of hearing. Post this matter for final hearing in the month of July, 2026. In the meanwhile, call for the record of the Claim Case No. 17 of 2023 from the learned Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Saranggarh (C.G.) in which the award dated 08.05.2025 (Anneuxre A/1) is passed.
