The grievance of the petitioners is that without considering the plan which has been submitted by the petitioners, a notice dated 1.07.2025 at Annexure-D has been issued. A perusal of Annexure-D indicates that it is a notice issued under Section 313 of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020 (BBMP Act, 2020) calling upon the petitioners to furnish the documents called upon in the said notice. It is for the respondents to reply to the same and furnish the documents for the purpose of consideration by the respondents. Instead of doing so, the petitioners have approached this Court challenging the said notice under Section 313 of the BBMP Act, 2020. 3. Hence, reserving liberty to the petitioners to reply to the said notice, which reply shall be submitted on or before 06.03.2026 and directing the respondents to consider the same in accordance with law, the petition stands disposed of.
