When the present bail application was taken up on 16.04.2026 by the learned Predecessor Bench, the applicant was granted interim protection. 3. It is, however, informed today that the matter has been amicably settled and there is a memorandum of understanding dated 12.05.2026 between the accused and complainant-Suprajya. Complainant-Suprajya has joined the proceedings through video conferencing and he also states that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and, therefore, he would have no objection if the interim order granted to applicant is made absolute. 4. A copy, thereof, has been retained on record. A copy be supplied to IO also. 7. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with the direction that the applicant, as and when so directed, would join the investigation and in the event of his arrest, he be released on his furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs.25,000/- each, subject to the satisfaction of arresting officer/IO/SHO.
