The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire record in respect of deciplinaray proceeding reletaing to charge sheet dated 14-02-2003 (vide ANNEXURE P/4). 2 10.2 This Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside order dated 27-06- 2022 issued by the Commandant, CISF Unit BSP Bhilai by which the punishment of reduction of pay by three stages from Rs. 44100/- to Rs. 40400/- as per matrix (Pay level 5) for a period of three years imposed upon the petitioner (Vide Annexure P/1) and Appellate order dated 17-10-2022 issued by the Deputy Inspector General, CISF, Unit BSP Bhilai by which appeal of the petitioner has been rejected (Vide Annexure P/2) as well as Revisionsal order dated 13-02-2023(Vide Annexure P/3) issued by the Inspector General, CISF by which review petition of the petitioner has been rejected. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court be pleased to further direct the Respondent Authority to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner after setting aside the order of punishment and restore his original pay stage ana also directed to pay arrears of salary with interest. 10.4 In view of the grounds rasied in the instant petition, the petitioner is entitled for monetory benefits including seniority and other promotional benefits including increment with salary from the date of removal dated 26-06-2003 till date of reinstatement dated 20-02-2022. 10.5 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
