Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 529 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to distinguish the locus of the present petitioner from that of the accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 529 of 2026. Having considered the aforesaid, I am inclined to extend the same benefit to the present petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Petitioner shall be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the other accused person in CRM (NDPS) 529 of 2026. Thus, CRM (NDPS) 800 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
