Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.1 for Digitally signed by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINHA Date: 2026.03.12 11:02:51 +0530 2 / 2 engaging him on contract basis after age of superannuation which is pending consideration and therefore a direction be issued to respondent No.1 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may also be permitted to submit fresh representation and respondent authority may be directed to decide the same. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, considering the facts and circumstances of case, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before respondent No.1 and if such representation is submitted, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same along with pending representation, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
