Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Abdul Jabbar @ Abdul Jubbar who is apprehending arrest in connection with Dalgaon P.S. Case No. 28/2026 registered under Sections 331(8)/103(1)/118(2)/117(2)/326(g)/191(3) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Case diary received. Perused the same. 4. It is submitted by Mr. Islam, learned counsel that the present petitioner was granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2026 and after obtaining the order interim pre-arrest bail, the petitioner appeared before the I.O., cooperated in the investigation of the case and his statement was also recorded by the I.O. 5. The petitioner is still ready and willing to extend his cooperation in the further investigation of the case, if he is granted with the privilege of pre-arrest bail. 6. Mr. Baishya, learned Addl. PP submitted in this regard that after obtaining the order of interim pre-arrest bail on 22.05.2026, the petitioner appeared before the I.O. on 29.05.2026 and cooperated in the investigation of this case. 7. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, materials in the case and the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is of the Page No.# 3/3 opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary for the purpose of investigation of the case. 8. In view of this, the interim bail granted to the present petitioner vide order dated 22.05.2026 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 9.
