Learned counsel representing the Petitioner, after arguing for some time and upon realizing that the Petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy before Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (‘GSTAT’), prays for permission to withdraw the present Petition in
order to avail the said statutory remedy.
