Having heard the learned advocate appearing petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Sealdah, South 24- Parganas to dispose of Title Appeal No. 08 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to 2 either of the parties. 4.
