Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) It is contended by learned senior counsel for the petitioners that an appeal filed by the present petitioners under Section 96 of CPC before the District Judge, Sirmaur at Nahan, H.P. has been finally disposed of. He further submits that now nothing survives in the present petition, and he shall be availing appropriate remedy under the relevant provisions of law. He submits that the said amount, along with interest, may be ordered to be released in favour of the petitioners by remitting the same in their saving bank accounts, particulars whereof shall be furnished by Mr. Karan Sharma, learned counsel, within a period of three days from today.
