Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the present matter is no more res integra and the same is squarely covered by the order dated 08.07.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10101/2026 titled Kamlesh Kumar Swami v. State of Rajasthan & Ors., and therefore, it is prayed that the instant writ petition be decided in light of the said ratio. Mr. Rahul Verma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, fairly concurs with the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and gives his consent that the present writ petition may be decided in light of the ratio laid down in Kamlesh Kumar Swami (supra). 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and in light of the order dated 08.07.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Kamlesh Kumar Swami (supra), the present writ petition stands disposed of in the same terms and the order dated 08.07.2026 shall be made applicable mutatis mutandis to the parties involved herein. 4.
