The petitioner and complainant/respondents are present before this Court and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer. 6. Brief facts of the case is that the present FIR was registered on account of a neighbourhood dispute between the petitioners and Respondents. Subsequently, with the intervention of family members and elders, the parties amicably resolved all their disputes and executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.07.2025. Pursuant to the settlement, both parties agreed to live peacefully and not pursue the criminal proceedings any further. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is nothing pending between the parties and that they have amicably settled all their disputes.
