It is stated that some unknown land mafias are carrying out construction in the subject property. 2. The petitioners have admitted in the writ petition that the petitioners sold their land in question to the private respondent no.2 in the year 2006. It is the case of the petitioners that since the petitioners did not receive the full payment, the physical possession of the subject property has not been delivered to the private respondent no.2. In this regard, the petitioners have filed a suit for declaration of the petitioners as Bhumidhar in respect of the subject property before the concerned authority. 3. It is clear from the facts noted above that there is an ongoing civil dispute between the parties. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent-MCD and the respondent no.11/DDA to inspect the subject land and take action against the unauthorised construction, if any, in accordance with law. 5.
