Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner, in BA. No. 2052 of 2026 and Mr. N.J. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in A.B. No. 1543/2026 and Mr. S.S. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, in AB No. 1581/2026. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P. for the State of Assam. 2. It has been submitted that the investigation has culminated in Charge Sheet No. 231/2026 dated 20.07.2026. 3. The fact of the charge sheet being submitted has also been recorded in the order dated 29.07.2026 passed in B.A. No.2052/2026, by which order the petitioner in the said bail application had been granted interim bail. The petitioner in AB no 1581 had been granted interim protection by order dated 20.7.2026 Since the charge-sheet has been submitted in the matter, there cannot be any apprehension on the part of the petitioners for further arrest for the requirements of investigation. 4. Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the petitioners remains extended till the time they receive summons from the learned Trial Court to face the trial proceedings. On receipt of the summons, the petitioner would be at Page No.# 4/4 liberty to move an appropriate application for regular bail during the trial proceedings. 5.
