It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property was purchased by him from one C.Aswini and he also got patta for the same in his name. The petitioner submitted a representation on 07.04.2026 seeking survey of the property purchased by him and the same has not been considered by the 2nd respondent. Hence, he has come before this Court. 3. Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that petitioner has not submitted any online application seeking survey of the property. Hence, his request cannot be considered. 4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit proper online application together with necessary fees within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On submission of online application and payment of necessary fees by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders in accordance with the law within a further period of four weeks. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 17676 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 5.
