JUSTICE SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM ORAL ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, fairly submit that the present writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the tendering authorities to examine the quotations furnished by both the L1 bidders. It is jointly requested that the authorities be directed to advert - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22781 WP No. 10813 of 2026 to the prices quoted by the respective L1 bidders and undertake a comparative assessment to ascertain as to whose quoted rates are in closer proximity to the prevailing market prices of the products in question. 2. Recording the aforesaid submission and consensus between the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition stands disposed of. The respondent– authorities are directed to consider the quotations submitted by both the L1 bidders and to advert to the observations made by this Court while evaluating their respective claims, strictly in accordance with law. 3. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the respondent–authorities within an outer limit of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
