Petitioners, contending that he had been allotted 13 Kanals of land in Industrial Estate Meen Charakran, Samailpur, Bari Brahmana for establishment of a manufacturing unit, vide Allotment Order dated 28.02.2022 and the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs. 93,40,602.00/- (Rupees Nintety-three Lakhs Forty Thousand Six Hundred and Two only) towards land premium and advance rent as demanded by the respondents, alleged that despite deposit of the entire premium amount, respondents failed to develop industrial estates and did not hand over the possession of the allotted land to the petitioner on the plea that the indentified land was being developed for specific Centres as such, the petitioner was not allotted the land in that area. 02. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that a meeting has been proposed by the Director, Industries & Commerce Jammu, of the High Level Land Allotment Committee on 14.03.2026 at 12:30 pm under the Chairmanship of Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department, Jammu. 03. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant petition be disposed of at this stage with direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the allotment of land in favour of the petitioner from land bank available for the development of industrial areas in Jammu and Samba Districts against the premium that he had already deposited. 3 04. He submits that respondents are not averse to the plea for allotment of land raised by learned counsel for the petitioners, is considered in the next meeting if the agenda of meeting is with regard to allotment of land for industrial Centres. 07. In view of the submissions made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of at this motion stage, with direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the allotment of land in favour of the petitioner preferably from land bank available for the development of industrial area in districts of Jammu and Samba, in the High Level Land Allotment Committee on 14.03.2026. 08.
