The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the title execution case No. 3 of 2016 presently pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division ), 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24- Parganas. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit in the present case was a suit for eviction and the execution case is pending since 2016. Almost 10 years have passed since the execution case was filed. 3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned trial Court being 2 2 the Civil Judge (Senior Division ), 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24- Parganas shall make all endeavour to dispose of the execution case No. 3 of 2016, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of this order. 4.
