Tabang, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. None appears for the respondent No. 4 despite service of notice. This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, seeking condonation of delay of 6 days in filing the connected writ appeal against the judgment and order dated 05.05.2026, passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 531/2025. Page No.# 3/3 Upon perusal of the grounds stated in the application and the explanation furnished by the applicant, we are satisfied that the applicant has shown sufficient cause for not filing the connected appeal within the prescribed period of limitation.The learned counsels appearing for the respondents have also not opposed the condonation of delay of 6 days.
