For the respondents: Mr. Vinod Gupta, Advocate. Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Notice. Mr. Vinod Gupta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. He has produced a copy of communication dated 13.05.2026, issued by Financial Advisor & C.A.O, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid communication reveals that the amount of DA/IR arrear amounting to Rs.60,129/- has been disbursed to the petitioner. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 30.07.2024, passed by this Court in CWP No.6507 of 2024, titled, Jagar Nath vs. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) and another, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the amount has not been released in favour of the petitioner, since it was only a communication addressed to the Branch Manager, H.P. State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Smaila, Distt. Mandi (HP), within a week from today, the respondents have to pay interest on the said amount. 3. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of.
