Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a computation sheet prepared by the respondents and, on that basis, submits that an amount of Rs.1,18,376/- has been ordered to be recovered from the petitioner, and, accordingly, interest liability of the respondents towards the petitioner stands adjusted against outstanding Sundry Debtors. Learned counsel for the petitioner objects to the recourse adopted by the respondents. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Taking note of the computation sheet and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, including recovery against the outstanding Sundry Debtors.
