Gaunjhu, A.P.P. 02/ 07.05.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bundu P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, registered under sections 316 (2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.-VI at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has resigned from Kamal Finance Pvt. Ltd and allegation is made that petitioner has collected the amount for Rs. 1,90,438/- for depositing in the said company but the said amount has not been deposited. He further submits that pursuant to notice under section 35(3) of BNSS the petitioner has appeared by way of filing reply along with payment receipt through UPI contained in Annexure-2. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of not depositing the collected amount in the said company. 5. Considering that only allegation is made that petitioner has collected the amount for the said company but the said amount has not been deposited and it has been pointed out that petitioner has resigned the said ( 2026:JHHC:13684 ) company earlier and thereafter the present case has been lodged. Further in light of Annxure-2 certain amount appears to be deposited. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C.-VI at Ranchi, in connection with Bundu P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.07.05.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
