CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN O R D E R % 23.07.2026 1. Applicant seeks interim bail in case arising out of FIR No.0385/2025 dated 15.11.2025, registered at P.S. R.K. Puram for commission of offences under Sections 310(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 395/34 IPC). 2. The bail is being sought on account of his deteriorating health condition. 3. The reports on record have been perused and it is noticed that he is under follow up from the cardiology department of GB Pant Hospital. 4. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application. He, however, submits that let a direction be given to the concerned Jail Superintendent to take the applicant to AIIMS for requisite This is a digitally signed order. The Jail Superintendent is also requested to make necessary arrangements for the abovesaid purpose so that applicant is examined at AIIMS. Such exercise be carried out within a week. 8. Needless to say, liberty, as prayed, is granted. 9. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master and a copy of this order be also sent to Superintendent (Jail) for information and due compliance.
