The instant bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed by the petitioner in connection with the impugned FIR No. 255/2025 registered with the Police Station Morak, District Kota Rural for the offences punishable under Section(s) 126(2), 115(2), 117(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific overt-act has been assigned to the petitioner and the injuries sustained by the injured Giriraj Bairagi on his legs have been found to be grievous in nature, however, he has not sustained grievous injury on any vital part of his body. Counsel submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2025 and the trial will take [2026:RJ-JP:13360] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-1708/2026] its own time to conclude, therefore, indulgence of bail may be granted to the petitioner. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments put forward by counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that the injured-Giriraj Bairagi has not sustained any grievous injury on any vital part of his body and he is in custody since 28.12.2025 and since the trial will take its own time to conclude therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and appropriate to grant indulgence of bail to the accused-petitioner under Section 483 BNSS. 6. Accordingly, the instant bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Meetesh @ Hemraj S/o Dhannalal arrested in connection with the aforementioned FIR, may be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- along with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all the dates of hearing, as and when called upon to do so.
