C.A.S. NO.380/2024 3. The appellants have filed this application for leave to file appeal. The appellants and their vendor were not party in the civil suit and before the Appellate Court. The appellants came to know about said proceedings when they received the notice of the revenue authorities. 4. The respondents have raised an objection for grant of leave to file appeal. 5. Considering the nature of the litigation and as the appellants have purchased the property without knowing about the proceedings, leave granted to file second appeal.
