Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 20.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4541 of 2025 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated period due to mis-communication. On this ground, he submits that surrender time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner further two weeks’ time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5. Order dated 20.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4541 of 2025 2026:JHHC:13967 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 3126 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the orders are kept intact. 7.
