Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record an office letter dated 23.06.2026, and, on that basis, submits that all retiral benefits stand paid by the respondents to the petitioner; That due and admissible arrears have also been released to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admissible interest has yet not been paid to the petitioner. This is disputed by
learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of above, the present execution petition to stand
disposed of with direction to the respondents that interest, if any, that remains to be paid to the petitioner, be released in his favour within four weeks from today. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
