Ratu, District Ranchi.” 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioners and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. After going through the impugned notice dated 18.06.2020 in Encroachment Case No.06 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition), I find that it has been alleged that the petitioners have encroached over Plot No.499, area - Boundary Wall, Village Nawa Soso, Thana No.150, P.S. Ratu, District Ranchi, thus a proceeding under Section 6(2) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in Encroachment Case No.06 had been initiated against petitioners and notice dated 18.06.2020 had been issued to petitioner No.2. 4. Since merely a notice has been issued to the petitioners, I am not inclined to interfere with the said notice. The petitioners should appear and give reply to the said notice. 4.1. If the petitioners file or have filed any reply to the notice, the respondents after hearing the parties, will dispose the Encroachment Case No.06, by passing a detailed reasoned order, if not already disposed of. 4.2. If the aforesaid Encroachment case has already been disposed of, a copy of the final order should be communicated to the petitioners. 2026:JHHC:14189 3 4.3. Thereupon, considering the nature of the order, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as per law. 5.
