Since an Arbitral Tribunal already stands constituted in ARB.P. 968/2026, it is directed that the present petition be considered by the learned Sole Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Needless to say, appropriate orders shall be passed therein after hearing the respective parties. 3. Let the parties appear before the learned Sole Arbitrator at a time and venue to be intimated by the Ld. Arbitrator. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner emphasises urgency in the matter, in light thereof, the learned Sole Arbitrator is requested to expedite the consideration of the application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
