A written instruction filed by Nabanita Maity, wife of the petitioner, Shri Shirshendu Maity, is placed before this Court today. The said instruction submitted through the learned advocate representing the petitioner, is hereby taken on record. 2. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner acting upon the aforementioned instruction, that the petitioner no longer seeks to press this application and prays for leave to withdraw the same. 3. We have perused the application and the written instructions. Finding no legal impediment in accepting the prayer for withdrawal, the prayer is allowed. 4.
