By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 65/2024, dated 30.05.2024, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi, under Sections 406/409/420/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. The petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court after the last
order of the Magistrate’s Court dated 30.05.2026, dismissing her bail application.
