The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-MCD to stop the unauthorised construction carried out by the private respondent no.4 at Good Earth Farm No. 21, situated at Khasra No.73/22/1, Dera Mandi Road, Village Dera, New Delhi-110074 (hereinafter ‘subject property’). 2. Ms. Aarushi Tiku, appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD, submits that the unauthorised construction has been booked and a show- cause notice has been issued on 13th July, 2026 in respect of the ground floor and the first floor. She further submits that on 14th July, 2026, a work stop notice has also been issued to the Station House Officer, Police Station, This is a digitally signed order. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
