The Office Note dated 24.08.2026 reflects that the A/D card in respect of respondent No. 5 has been received back after due service of notice. 3. Accordingly, service upon respondent No. 5 is deemed to be completed. 4. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking condonation of 42 (forty-two) days' delay in filing the connected writ appeal against the judgment and order dated 10.11.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 148/2023. 5. Perused the grounds stated in paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the interlocutory application explaining the delay in filing the connected writ appeal. 6. Upon perusal of the grounds stated therein, we are satisfied that the applicants have shown sufficient cause for not preferring the connected writ appeal within the prescribed period of limitation.
