Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that feeling aggrieved by order dated 23.02.2021, the petitioner has although filed appeal before Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Delhi on 03.03.2021, yet till this date, the appeal has not been effectively heard by the Appellate Tribunal, which is causing grave prejudice and miscarriage of justice to the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that under these circumstances, directions may be given to Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi for deciding Miscellaneous Appeal No.62/2021 expeditiously.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as considering the statement given by him that since 2021, no effective order has been passed by the Appellate Tribunal, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the DRAT, Delhi to make endeavour to decide Miscellaneous Appeal No.62/2021 expeditiously and preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

disposed of.
