After hearing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file it afresh, once FSL report is produced before the Court and the concerned public witnesses are further examined and cross-examined. 2. Learned APP for the State submits that there would not be any delay or laxity on their part and it will be ensured that the FSL result is produced before the learned Trial Court without any further delay. 3. The IO of the case is directed to collect copy of this order and to pursue the matter with Director, FSL so that there is no further delay and the FSL report is prepared and is transmitted to the Court, as expeditiously as possible. Director, FSL to ensure that result is ready within four weeks. 4. This becomes important for the reason that the incarceration period of the applicant-Pooja is of around three years. 5. Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6. Liberty, as prayed, is granted. 7. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 8.
